After researching this topic, it became apparent that students have far broader freedoms of religious expression and in other areas then our commonly recognized by schools, a topic that prospective teachers should consider investigating before working at any particular schools. Date: November 16, 2001 Artifact: Protecting Teachers' Privacy Rights Description: In this paper, I examined the privacy rights that teachers have in schools. After my research, it seems that teachers have limited legal protection and should depend on themselves to safegaurd information that could jeopardise their employment. Back to the Standards.
