Come and buy our low cost furniture, clothes, toys, bedding, books

Opening Times
Monday-Thursday 10.00am-3.00pm Don't dump it! Donate it! Donations are always needed for our shop. Do
you have any household items you no longer use but that are in good condition?
Either drop them off at the shop or call to arrage a collection.

Paul Tutty Friday 2pm - 4pm
£2 per session
Think you cant paint? Think again. Your tutor, Paul, will teach you
basic creative techniques plus empower you with a passion for painting. Add
colour to your life enrol now!

Take a Break - a group for carers
Wednesday 2pm - 4pm Free
Carers looking after a relative, friend or a neighbour. Come along for support,
a free lunch (last Wednesday of the month), free reflexology or massage, advice, guest speakers, and weekends
away. Try creative activities or play darts or pool.

Relax, reduce stress and create a sense of well being with qualified therapist.
Availible to all: scale of charges. You may
qualify for low cost treatment £5 per half hour. Please bring proof
of one of the following benifits:
Income Support/MIG: Job Seekers Alowance
Working Family tax credit
Housing/Council tax benefit
Invalid care allowance

Snacks - toast, teacakes, crumpets
Lunches - varies each day.
Items served are Roast Beef or Turkey Dinner
