The AMT/ERTL large X-Wing kit. I painted the red striping on the side of the main hull in Testors Acryl British Crimson and also painted that color over the decals on the wings to match. The weathering was done in dry brush and charcoal stick. I used reference pictures for the weathering from Red Three, the studio X-Wing that was part of 2008's traveling Star Wars exhibit. Combined the X-Wing and Vader's TIE into a simple chase scene. |
