Above: The USS Wells, a project which had stalled but is now picking up momentum again. This will be a take off of the Centaur class using a Reliant saucer instead of an Excelsior. The gray parts that make up the bridge and decks below it are parts from the Trade Federation battle tank (Star Wars Episode I) and the cut-away TOS Enterprise, respectively. The ship is named for legendary SF writer H.G. Wells. I will be adding more sheet styrene to reinforce the neck. The impulse engines and shuttle bay doors from the ERTL kit were replaced with pieces of ribbed sheet styrene.
