La Llorona First Appearance: Love & Rockets #8 The band's former names: Missiles of October, Soul Train, Tivoli Nights, The Ronkies, etc... Monica- vocals; Terry-guitar; Hopey- bass; Zero- drums. After playing at local clubs (e.g. Maddog's) for months, La Llorona went on tour with another band, the Forty Thieves. The band split up midway through their tour, and Terry went off to finish the tour with the Thieves. Monica and Zero pooled resources while Hopey tried to make tracks for California with Tex, a drummer she met on the road.
