Costigan, the indulgent multimillionaire husband of Penny Century, owns several mansions but never occupies them since he always seems to be away on business. The horns on his head give a clue as to his slight dishonest nature, but his wife, Penny Century, is at least as promiscuous as he; she's already cuckolded him once, by Hopey's friend Tex, and her bodyguard's child is on the way. These indescretions haven't marred Herv's obsession with Penny yet.
