Peppermills & Salt Shakers

From start to finish, it takes about 3 days to complete an S&P set. Most sets made from old pallets that were destined for the burn pile.

Ron & Hermione. First set in Peach 7" set in Pacific yew Black Cherry...last set on my original lathe. 7" set in pallet Oak 7" set in White Oak. Finished with 3 coats Watco Satin Finishing Wax Spalted Mahogany 7" set in Northern Red Oak. 7" set in pallet Oak 10" set in Black Ash Pallet oak. Very first set turned on my original lathe. Pacific Yew 7" set in Spalted Oregon White Oak Oregon White Oak Black Walnut Spalted Oregon White Oak. 7" set in Oregon White Oak Bigleaf Maple 7" set in Black Cherry 7" set in pallet Oak pallet Oak pallet Oak 7" set in Slippery Elm. This one also from pallet wood. 7" Peppermill in Beech, finished with Tung Oil.
