Woah!
Today - I bought a house - it
seemed too easy...
Finally - after looking off and on for a few
years - and seriously looking for the last six months - I bought a
house.
It's a house I like - and perhaps not suited to a lot of other people - so maybe that's why it felt like a bargain? It's not in the suburb I live in and love now, but it's only a little way up the road. It's a 90 year old Georgian style terrace and it's got a real back yard! after 18 months the apartment I am living in has become to feel really small. So no dishwasher - but a real kitchen! and it's not stainless steel! yay. It's feels solid and comfy rather than flash and austere and I reckon it suits me, and I it! Now I just have to wait until January before I can start hanging things up on the walls. Christmas, birthday and housewarming presents? Roof insulation or labour to fit same thanks! :-)
