| 14. I've finished gluing the two layers of cardboard together with Elmer's, at right angles to each other, and now I'm cutting the laminated sheets down to exactly 16½" x 20½", using the masonite as a template and carefully going around it with a utility knife. It may help to have some scrap cardboard underneath, as a better cutting surface.

| 15. Here is a finished piece, glued and cut down to size. It is two layers thick. I'll also glue and cut a similar sheet three layers thick, so that I'll have two cardboard sandwiches: one double and one triple. Together they'll make the front and back of my shipping "container."

16. Now I've sandwiched the wrapped artwork ensemble between the double and triple layers of cardboard to make one extra-thick unbendable (we hope) package. The green arrow points to where I've applied a piece of strapping tape to cinch the pieces together until I'm ready to use my tape gun. I've used 4 pieces of tape: one centered on each of the four edges.
