2. Here I'm unrolling some Reynolds Freezer Paper. It comes in rolls 18" wide. One side of the paper is shiny and the other isn't.

3. Using a metal straight edge and an X-acto knife, I cut off a sheet approx. 21" in length. The shiny side is face up.
