Pastel is a rather versatile medium which can often resemble oil paintings. While a more simple piece done with one or two colors is called a drawing, a multicolored piece with a heavy application of pastel is often called a painting, even though the materials used resemble dry colored chalk.
I can work with a photo that you submit; or I can combine the subjects from more than one photo into a single composition.
When your commission is completed, I will take a digital photo of it and e-mail it to you for your evaluation and approval, before shipping the actual piece to you Priority mail.
Prices range from $60 to $500, depending on subject matter and complexity. A 50% deposit is required on all custom work. I accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks.
