Las empresas gestoras de parques de ocio han llevado a cabo importantes transformaciones en el modelo de gestión y han emprendido acciones para incentivar la afluencia de visitantes que ya dieron sus primeros resultados en el ejercicio de 2005 cuando crecieron el 6 por ciento hasta los 548 millones de euros de facturación.

DBK indica que la evolución de estas empresas ha sido muy positiva desde los primeros meses de 2005 después de haber experimentado importantes retrocesos en años anteriores.

El número de visitantes creció en 2005 el 5,6 por ciento, hasta los 31,81 millones de personas, datos que mejoraron los de 2004 cuando aumentaron levemente (el 1,1 por ciento).

Los acuarios y parques de la naturaleza actúan como motor del crecimiento del segmento de parques zoológicos que, según las previsiones, continuarán la tendencia de crecimiento experimentada en 2005, cuando su facturación subió el 11 por ciento hasta los 176 millones de euros y el número de visitantes hizo lo propio en un 10 por ciento hasta los 14,3 millones.

El segmento de parques temáticos también continuará al alza, después de crecer el pasado año en número de visitantes el 5,2 por ciento con 6,29 millones, lo que supuso un repunte importante ya que en 2004 había disminuido el 4,6 por ciento.

La facturación de los parques temáticos creció el 3,7 por ciento hasta los 209 millones de euros, frente al retroceso del 9,2 del año anterior.

Los parques de atracciones también registrarán un importante crecimiento, en la misma línea que en 2005, cuando su facturación se incrementó el 8,3 por ciento hasta los 45 millones de euros y el número de visitantes aumentó un 1,9 por ciento hasta alcanzar los 3,72 millones.

Por su parte, los parques acuáticos, aunque también registrarán crecimientos, serán más comedidos, ya que los datos de ventas crecieron únicamente el 2,1 por ciento en 2005.
El sector español de parques de ocio está integrado por 114 centros, 61 de los cuales son parques zoológicos, 44 parques acuáticos, 5 temáticos y 4 de atracciones.

Según indica el estudio de DBK, los cinco primeros operadores del sector (Port Aventura, Grupo Parques Reunidos, Grupo Aspro Ocio, Warner Bros. Park y Terra Mítica) reunieron en 2005 el 65 por ciento de la facturación total del sector. В последнее десятилетие эти проекты проявляют все больший динамизм. Сегодня традиционные зоопарки, расположенные, как правило, в центральных частях городов и характеризующиеся маленькими площадями вольеров для животных, сменяются современными инсталляциями, использующими самые последние технологии тематизации. Благодаря этим технологиям возможно почти со ста процентной точностью воспроизвести натуральную среду для каждого конкретного животного, проживающего в парке. Таким образом, не только создаются самые оптимальные условия для жизни самих животных с точки зрения их физиологических и этологических особенностей, но и появляется эффект «погружения» для посетителей, которые чувствуют себя перенесенными в реальные места проживания видов, знакомятся со средой, в которой проживают эти животные на свободе.

Эта эволюция концепции такого старого понятия как Зоологический Парк придает неисчислимые преимущества, как для животных, так и для посетителей. Эти преимущества, в конечном счете, выливаются в лучшие показатели рентабельности проектов:

- посетитель готов платить больше за входной билет
- среднее время пребывания посетителей в парке на много больше, что, конечно же, влечет за собой и большие потребления внутри парка.
- уровень повторных визитов неизмеримо выше, особенно если проект находится поблизости от крупного городского центра.
- достигаются высокие уровни продаж сувениров и merchandising вообще.
и т.д.

Amusement Logic участвовала в реализации большинства подобных проектов в Испании в последние годы. Среди них можно выделить Faunia (Мадрид), Selwo Marina (Беналмадена), Океанографический Парк (Валенсия) и пр.

Реализация работ по тематизации в данных проектов довольно сложна, т.к. максимально точное воспроизведение среды для каждого животного влечет за собой глубокое исследование их особенностей и характеристик. Но этой сложности прямо пропорционально то удовлетворение, которое мы испытываем, наблюдая за тем, как быстро адаптируются животные к своим новым условиям и с каким удивлением наблюдают взрослые и дети наблюдают за их развитием в новых жизненных пространствах. Именно поэтому для нашей компании каждый такой проект является особым но и очень привлекательным.

Amusement Logic доверена тематизация проекта Биопарка в Валенсии. Генеральным подрядчиком данного проекта является компания Rainforest (мировые лидеры в разработке и руководстве зоологический парков). Биопарк – это очень сложный и объемный проект, который, без сомнения, станет мировым референтом с первого же дня своей работы.

Первая среда, над которой мы начали работать предназначена для африканских слонов. Нужно заметить, что в мире очень мало экспозиций с этими животными, из-за присущей им силе и агрессивности. Ces projets sont ceux qui ont été les plus dynamisés au cours de la dernière décennie, en passant des traditionnels zoologiques situés dans les centres ou les parcs urbains et caractérisés par l'espace réduit des cages des animaux, aux modernes parcs d'animaux qui profitent des dernières techniques de thématisation pour parvenir à reproduire, de manière presque identique, les habitats naturels de chacun des animaux qui habitent dans les parcs.

De cette façon on obtient non seulement que les animaux jouissent d'un meilleur niveau de vie, avec des exhibitions étudiées du point de vue physiologique et éthologique de chaque animal. On parvient aussi à procurer une expérience d'immersion pour les visiteurs, qui sont ainsi transportés dans les espaces et lieux originaires des différentes espèces, découvrant ainsi les habitats naturels où évoluent les animaux à l’état sauvage.

Cette évolution d'un concept aussi traditionnel que peut être le zoologique apporte des avantages innombrables tant aux animaux qu’au visiteur, des avantages qui se reflètent dans la rentabilité du projet. Puisque le visiteur est prêt à payer un prix d’entrée plus élevé, les temps moyens de séjour sont beaucoup plus importants (avec ce que cela suppose en matière de consommations internes), les taux de visiteurs répétitifs (surtout dans des projets situés près de grandes villes) sont très importants et on obtient un rendement important avec les ventes souvenirs et merchandising, etc.

Amusement Logic a collaboré dans la majorité des parcs d'animaux de ce type qui ont été réalisés durant les dernières années en Espagne, parmi lesquels il convient de souligner : Faunia (Madrid), Selwo Marine (Benalmádena), Parc Océanographique (Valencia), etc..

La réalisation de travaux de thématisation dans ce type de projets est spécialement complexe, puisqu'à la nécessité de reproduire fidèlement les habitats de chacun des animaux, on doit ajouter une étude profonde des caractéristiques et des nécessités de chaque animal. Directement proportionnelle à la difficulté est la satisfaction que nous ressentons lorsque nous observons comment les animaux s'acclimatent parfaitement aux installations et quand nous voyons les visages d'étonnement des adultes et des enfants en voyant évoluer les animaux dans leurs nouveaux espaces vitaux. C’est pour cela que pour notre entreprise ce type de projets représente un important défi que nous avons toujours assumé et avons été toujours capables de résoudre avec succès.

Amusement Logic a été choisi pour la réalisation de travaux de thématisation dans le Bio-Parc de Valence. Ce nouveau projet est effectué par l'entreprise Rainforest (spécialiste mondial dans le développement et la gestion de parcs zoologiques et d'animaux). In this way, not only do the animals enjoy an improved quality of life, with exhibits studied from the physiological and ethological point of view for each animal, but there is also an immersion experience for the visitors. In this way they are transported through space to the originating places of the different species and get to know the natural habitats in which the animals develop in the wild.

This evolution of such a traditional concept such as a zoo, brings innumerable advantages both to the animals as well as the visitor. These advantages can be seen reflected in the profitability of the project as the visitor is willing to pay a higher entry fee, the average times of stay are much greater (with the corresponding implications for internal consumptions), the figures for repeat visitors (especially for projects set in the proximities of large cities) are very high and a high profits from sales of souvenirs and merchandising etc. are obtained.

Amusement Logic has been collaborating in most of the animal parks of this type which have been carried out in recent years in Spain, of which the following should be highlighted: Faunia (Madrid), Selwo Marina (Benalmadena), Oceanographic Park (Valencia), etc.

The execution of theming works in this type of projects is especially complex, as apart from the need to accurately reproduce the habitats of each and every animal, an in-depth study of the characteristics and needs of each animal has to be included.

Amusement Logic has been selected to undertake the theming works in the Biopark of Valencia. This new project is being carried out by the company Rainforest (worldwide specialist in the development and management of zoological and animal parks). The Biopark is an extremely complex and demanding project that without a doubt, once opened to the public, will become a project of reference on a world wide scale for these types of installation.

The first habitat on which we have begun to work is that of the male African elephants. It should be said that this exhibit is one of few which exist throughout the world for this type of animal, given their characteristics of strength and aggressiveness. Estos proyectos son los que más se han dinamizado en la última década, pasando de los tradicionales zoológicos situados en los centros o parques urbanos y caracterizados por el reducido espacio de los cubículos de los animales a los modernos parques de animales que se aprovechan de las más modernas técnicas de tematización para conseguir replicar, de forma casi idéntica, los hábitats naturales de cada uno de los animales que habitan en los parques. Con ello se consigue no solo que los animales disfruten de un mejor nivel de vida, con exhibiciones estudiadas desde el punto de vista fisiológico y etológico de cada animal. También se consigue una experiencia de inmersión para los visitantes, que de esta forma se ven transportados en el espacio a los lugares originarios de las distintas especies y conocen los hábitats naturales en los que se desenvuelven los animales en estado salvaje.
 
Esta evolución de un concepto tan tradicional como el zoológico aporta innumerables ventajas tanto a los animales como al visitante, ventajes que se ven reflejadas en la rentabilidad del proyecto, ya que el visitante está dispuesto a pagar una entrada más elevada, los tiempos medios de estancia son mucho más elevados (con lo que ello supone para los consumos internos), las tasas de visitantes repetitivos (sobre todo en proyectos enclavados en las proximidades de grandes ciudades) son muy elevadas y se obtiene un elevado rendimiento por ventas de souvenirs y merchandising, etc.
 
Amusement Logic ha venido colaborando en la mayoría de parques de animales de este tipo que se han realizado en los últimos años en España, entre los que caben destacar: Faunia (Madrid), Selwo Marina (Benalmádena), Parque Oceanográfico (Valencia), etc.
 
La realización de trabajos de tematización en este tipo de proyectos es especialmente compleja, ya que a la necesidad de reproducir fielmente los hábitats de cada uno de los animales, se debe unir un estudio profundo de las características y necesidades de cada animal. Directamente proporcional a la dificultad es la satisfacción que sentimos cuando observamos cómo los animales se aclimatan perfectamente a las exhibiciones y cuando vemos las caras de asombro de adultos y niños al ver evolucionar a los animales dentro de sus nuevos espacios vitales. Es por ello por lo que para nuestra empresa este tipo de proyectos supone un importante reto que siempre hemos asumido y siempre hemos sido capaces de solventar con éxito.
 
Amusement Logic ha sido seleccionada para la realización de trabajos de tematización en el Bioparque de Valencia. Este nuevo proyecto está siendo realizado por la empresa Rainforest (especialista mundial en el desarrollo y gestión de parques zoológicos y de animales). El Bioparque es un proyecto extremadamente complejo y exigente, que sin duda alguna se convertirá en referente mundial en este tipo de instalaciones una vez se abra al público.
 
El primer hábitat en el que hemos empezado a trabajar es el de elefantes africanos machos. Cabe destacar que esta exhibición es una de las pocas que hay a nivel mundial de este tipo de animal, dadas sus características de fortaleza y agresividad.
