artist statement
My art reflect my life — my everyday experiences, family, worday influences and the local culture. Mys culptures, prints and paintings also provide comfort and a sense of peace. I think that I am more influenced by form than by colour. If there is any colour influence of late, it is the colour of the sea. Blue-grey and ultramarine are powerful influences on my psyche.
