| A photograph freezes time, catches a moment that we wish to preserve. Each time I look at this photograph I am mesmerized, just as I was the day it was taken. I had watched it for days, the bud slowly opened, little by little, I waited until I was sure that it was perfect. Each day after that, I saw the colour fade, the petals began to drop off one by one and eventually I had to throw it away, but it's glory is forever captured in this image. |
