Green Valley is located 20 minutes south of Tuscon and 40 minutes from the Mexican border. The Santa Rita mountains and Madera Canyon are minutes away.
Activities include: hiking, biking, birding, tennis, golf (seven courses in and around G.V.), racquetball, swimming, fully equipped exercise rooms, gambling at neighborhood casinos and numerous organised clubs associated with Green Valley Recreaction (GVR).

Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom townhouse with dessert/mountain views, adjacent to private recreation center. TV, VCR, DVD Player, extended cable, CD Player, answering machine. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All linens included. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, food processor, etc. Covered Parking. Large covered patio with desert/mountain views and gas BBQ.
Amenities:
Rental includes use of private recreation center with heated pool and spa, tennis courts, shuffleboard, library, clay studio and numerous organized activities such as bridge, aquafit, line-dancing and social functions. GVR available if desired.
As this is an adult community, one renter must be 55 years of age.
