GnuCash Launcher & Xdroplets.
Once all the components of GnuCash are sucessfully installed, you might want an easier and more friendly way to launch the application. Here you will find a small application i have written an applescript to save you having to launch X11 type in GnuCash in the xterm terminal.
GnuCash Launcher 2.0 saves you this small burden with a single click (if you launch it from the Dock in Mac OS X or a double-click from the Finder. GnuCash Launcher brings back the Macintosh way of doing things.

Another Excellent set of startup icons can be found from this guy. it's called Xdroplets. Here Martin Fuhrer has written a collection of Applescript droplets to startup GnuCash (found amungst Gnome-Gtk/other/GnuCash) as well as many others.
