Cast and Characters This page was last updated 02/08/2001. Pub is a pretty intricate work, so to do a comprehensive cast list requires a great deal of watching and note-taking. Please bear with me as I try to compile this list, and do send in any feedback. Like the radio series, Pub is built on a foundation of versatility (that means all the actors play several parts). Almost the entire light entertainment department of the BBC make an appearance at some time or another and many have already worked together. The regulars are:

Peter Serafinowicz/Alistair McGowan (series 2) as two completely different Garries. Whilst Michael Cumming has worked with Alistair McGowan before, he went with Peter Serafinowicz, in his first starring TV rôle! (Phantom Menace doesnt count.) |
