The guitar has a large repertoire from around the world. It ranges from Vivaldi lute concerti, transcriptions of works by Bach and Scarlatti (written for other instruments), works commissioned by Segovia himself from Torroba, Ponce, and others, to the works of Sir Malcolm Arnold and Villa-Lobos.
