Method

Preheat broiler. Lightly spray a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place prepared pan in oven for 1-2 minutes.

Rinse fish and pat dry. Cut fish into eight equal portions. Arrange in a single layer in preheated pan. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour over fish.

Broil 10-12 minutes about 2 inches from heat, turning once and basting several times. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

This is easy to make and incredibly tasty with a nice clean flavor. Serve with plain rice that doesn't compete with the ginger flavor.
