Method

Heat the oil in a pan. Add teh onions and saute until starting to brown, then add the garlic, cardamom, and half the chopped cilantro. Add the chicken and saute until starting to brown.

Shake the jar of Patak's Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce and stir in. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

Stir in the yogurt and cream. Bring back to a boil, then turn heat off. Serve hot garnished with the remaining cilantro on a bed of pilau rice.
