Introducing Bloghercon: women on blogging


Do women blog for different reasons? Is there already an Old boy's blogging club, and do we care? Just some of the questions being raised.

Some weeks ago I had a great lunch with Lisa Stone, and we fleshed out the idea of starting a conference for women in the blogging community. We started out calling it Bloggirlcon, but through the excellent suggestion of another woman it has become Bloghercon.
