Mac users, I gots to know: What do you use to track to-do items?I've been trying solutions, none of which I love.
How can so many leave out enabling recurring tasks???
Am I the only person who turns in a monthly
column?
Who has a weekly report to create? Who has a monthly board meeting to prepare for? Who has to remember to leave out a check for a gardener on the third Friday of every month? etc. etc. How can so many to-do applications not allow you to set recurring tasks? Anyway, I'm looking for a good solution to synch between my Mac and my iPhone...similar to how I used to use Palm Desktop when I was using the Palm/Treo. (Really, the best thing about the Palm/Treo was the Desktop for Mac application, which was based on an old Claris product.) What do you all use? Because using to-dos in iCall (that can also be accessed via Mail) is fine, but rather remarkably you cannot synch it to the iPhone! I've already rejected ToodleDo, so cross that one off your suggestion list. But what: TaskPaper? RTM? Anxiously awaiting the Internet's suggestions.
