Yahoo! Audio Search

Finally a place to listen to the acoustic version of "Everlong" whenever I want!

But is it copyright-safe?

So after getting the heads up on Yahoo!'s new Audio Search tool, I had one goal in mind...getting a copy of the acoustic version of Dave Grohl performing the Foo Fighters' song, Everlong. And I found it. At least in a version I can find and listen to any time I have Internet access, if not quite a version I can put on my iPod.

Trying to find this version was what first turned me on to trying a P2P service a couple years back, and quickly turned me off. I spent way too much time searching and downloading, and then discovered crappy versions with crappy quality for my time and trouble. This version, on the other hand is sweet.

But I confess I'm confused. Are these legal versions of the song popping up?

I guess I should do some more hunting around...ooh!...like for the KFOG live version of Peter Gabriel's In Your Eyes! hold on a sec.

. . . . . . . .

Nope, they only have the version off of the Secret World Live album, which I own. I want the other version.

Oh well...someone check it out and let me know if every track you find is totally legit, m'kay?
