Handy and brief characterization of each of Paris' arrondissements


Sort of a neighborhood-at-a-glance summary to help you decide where to stay. Wish I had seen this.

I like this run-down, and since I doubt I'll be heading off for Paris any time soon, I thought I'd pass the helpfulness of this site along for other, luckier people.

Perhaps if I'd had this, I wouldn't have stayed in an arrondissement that was a little more funky and a little less touristy.

As it was, I have to admit to being one of those who doesn't "get" Paris. I think I'll have to try it again going with my SO and see if I'm hit by a sudden, romantic love for the City of Lights..
