An excellent shout-out about my blog from another blogger


I'm so proud :)

You will notice a new blog added to my Blog Roll, with that parenthetical comment (Elisa Citing) after its name.

While ego-surfing I found this blog that mentions my blog as a "Blog to Emulate"!!

Imagine my pride and swelling head.

Unfortunately, he's mostly talking about the format/look & feel of the blog, which truth be told has very little to do with me, and much to do with the iBlog software that Apple gave me for free.

However, for once he cited how he found me...and he was looking for restaurant reviews online and found my blog. I already knew that there are a few restaurants where if you google their name...my blog comes up higher on the hit list than their own official site!

Anyway, this blogger wishes everyone would review everything they see, do and experience, to help him avoid bad purchasing decisions. So I guess that part was a shout-out to my willingness to do that :)

Anyway: check out his blog. He's a grad student at Stanford and clearly quite brilliant ;)

Update as of 2/23/04: Amit updated his blog shout-out to me, indicating that while he did like my blog look & feel, it was the quality content that drew him in and kept him reading...awww shucks...I'm blushing :)
