What to do with 45 Pounds of Organic Blueberries

If you're the baby, consume your weight in blueberries while out in the fields, and proceed to do the same the next day for breakfast.
Pack up 50 pints for sale at market (we sold out :)

Make a batch of blueberry jam - we made one batch, for a yield of about six and a half jars.
And of course, a double batch of blueberry muffins with my grandma's recipe....
Grandma Kilduff’s Blueberry Muffins
Cream together one stick of unsalted butter and one cup sugar. Add two eggs, one at a time, mixing till thoroughly combined. Mix in two teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and mix to combine. Add 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tsp of vanilla, mix till combined. Fold in 2 cups of flour and one cup (approximately one pint) of blueberries. Be careful not to over-mix, some lumps are ok. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 of the way full, and sprinkle top of batter with granulated sugar. Bake at 375 for approximately 30 minutes till golden brown and sides pull away from the pan.
