I went to the San Mateo coast trying to find another place to shoot, and I came to Pescadero State Beach and Reserve when I saw a natural bridge I had not seen previously. I decided to experiment a bit with HDR as the dynamic range was too much for a single exposure to handle. That same Friday morning I have received information from a fellow member of the California Nature Photographers (CANP) that there was a good bloom for flowers around Sonora Pass. I had never been in this area before but thanks to CANP, I decided to go and camp a night there. It was really nice, interesting and the trip included a hike of around 8 miles through the area which we really enjoyed. I hope you enjoy the photos.
