Built in 1875, the Palace Hotel is the most luxurious
property in San Francisco. A major restoration of all guest rooms,
public areas, restaurants and meeting spaces was completed in 1991
which continues to be honored by the National Trust for Historic
Preservation. Located in the heart of San Francisco, the Palace
Hotel is within walking distance of the trendy Post Street Shops,
Chinatown, North Beach, SFMoma, Yerba Buena Gardens, Union Square,
San Francisco Center, etc.
As a hotel in the Luxury Collection brand of Sheraton Hotels and
Resorts, Worldwide, Inc., our Hotel strives to exceed all of our
guests' expectations in service and style.
Calm and austere, Ten ("Paradise"),
located in the Palace's mezzanine, is considered by many to be the
best Japanese restaurant and sushi bar in San Francisco, its reputation
built on the talents and personality of master sushi chef Fujibayashi
Goemon. The sushi here has been uniformly excellent---immaculately
fresh and meticulously prepared with the kind of grace and showmanship
few other sushi chefs can match. This is why Ten has won the "Best
of San Francisco"award four years in a row! Reservations have
to be made weeks in advance for a table, and MONTHS in advance for
one of the private rooms at this, San Francisco's premier eatery!
Become a part of San Francisco history....come
for a stay at the Palace Hotel!
