Because of the warm family atmosphere aimed at in each home, our care emphasises talking and listening as part of everyday living. Care is closely linked to the assessment procedure and as children’s specific needs are identified, the care programme follows the childcare procedures recommended.

The system of childcare we promote includes a system of internal inspection that ensures that consultants recommendations are carried out and effects evaluated. It also includes a system of bonuses, sanctions and one of complaints, promoting rights and responsibilities.

Partnership: we aim to work closely with all parents, relatives, carers and field social workers in line with individual care plans. Parents are encouraged as much as possible, to play a part in their children's development and may be offered counselling.
