WELCOME - This site provides an insight into my career, work and background.

It explains how I've been making and managing change in world-class companies for the last 30 years. As a Chief Information/Technology Officer I've managed major ($100m+) automation, innovation and globalization programmes. During my career I've also run consultancy groups, managed business development and strategic business planning regimes. On the International stage, I've managed transformational projects, functions and line organizations in 30+ countries, typically reporting at, or just below Board level.




Now based in Galveston County, Texas with my wife Maggie, and living near one of our daughters and her family, I aim to spend one to two months in Australia, where my other daughter and her family lives. In between, the rest of my time is spent doing business development with management teams. Additionally I do pro bono work for non-profit organizations. With what time is left, I try and spend it on my fishing boat and motorcycle.

Ventures briefly describes some of the parallel business things I've done during my career and more recently. Ventures shows my on-the-ground start-up and small business activities.
