Registration is limited to 100 persons. The 2005 symposium was a great success, thus many of the 75 registrants are likely to return in 2009. The proximity of ATS to the symposium will cause a higher registration demand. We will begin to accept paid registrations now. The early registration fee is $300 before March 24th, after March 24th the registration fee will be $375. The fee includes light breakfast and lunch both days as well as the symposium dinner. In order to reserve your slot, register as soon as possible – 1st come, 1st served.

We will offer CME credit through UCSD Medical School for an extra fee of $50.

Refunds: If you later find you cannot attend the meeting, we will return your fee if your slot can be filled. If your slot cannot be filled, and you cancel 2 weeks in advance, we will refund the portion of expenses for food and drink (about $150).
