David redesigned the Corporate Real Estate Executive in 1993
"The Executive" covered corporate real estate and established a quality brand
The redesign combined aspects of a journal with a quality business magazine
Photorich layouts carried a theme throughout each issue
All issue theme articles incorporated a graphic based on the cover image
The Executive was laid out in a nine column grid David developed
The nine column grid combined graphic uniformity with maximum flexibility
Regular column headers appeared in every issue
The Corporate Real Estate Executive received many publishing and industry awards
David redesigned a two color newsletter into a magazine for NewsMax.com
The nine column grid returned in news publication format
David also provided photo editing, design and illustration to NewsMax
In 1990 David joined American Media to help launch Soap Opera Magazine
Soap Opera Magazine was one of AMI's first digitally produced publications
David later returned to AMI as art director for the Detective Series magazines
David redesigned the Detective titles for mass distribution to diverse audiences
