Had it ready 3 weeks ago and was kind of waiting for a nice non-windy day to paint it , and Saturday it was . Came out nice and clean ! So April 18th , 2007  at 8:30 AM the truck came to take it to California where it will be finished .<br />I sure hated to see it go ,  but a lack of funds has made me have to sell it . My garage looks like a tornado went through it since the last time I was in there working , and that was almost 2 years ago !<br /><br />Its going to be nice to have the money so I can pay off some bills and have some room in tha garage to do something. May even buy some mor tools , and may even epoxy the floor so its easier to sweep up , and clean up spills . I also need to finish sheet rocking the walls and fix 1 piece of ceiling sheet rock that is falling down .<br /><br />Guess I better upload this and see if I can muster some energy and get busy .<br /><br /><br /></span>]]></content:encoded></item><item><title>New Home Appliance</title><dc:creator>spraywizzard@mac.com</dc:creator><dc:subject>SprayBlog</dc:subject><dc:date>2005-12-02T22:12:07-06:00</dc:date><link>http://homepage.mac.com/dwilliams53/My%20Website/files/0d7c418ece5ced116a4b0677f968e0c7-5.html#unique-entry-id-5</link><guid isPermaLink="true">http://homepage.mac.com/dwilliams53/My%20Website/files/0d7c418ece5ced116a4b0677f968e0c7-5.html#unique-entry-id-5</guid><content:encoded><![CDATA[<span style="font-size:13px; font-weight:bold; ">After about 11 years of saying I was going to get me one , I finally bought a Home Theater Popcorn Popper for my Christmas present .</span><span style="font-size:14px; font-weight:bold; "><br /></span><strong><img class="imageStyle" alt="popcornpopperX" src="http://homepage.mac.com/dwilliams53/My Website/files//page0_blog_entry5_1.jpg"width="240" height="320"/></strong><br /><br /><span style="font-size:13px; font-weight:bold; ">This is the first batch I popped after setting it up tonight .<br />I bought a case of pre-packaged 4-oz. popcorn and oil packets for the ease of use , and they worked out well.<br />After reading the instructions it said " Let pan heat up 4 minutes , then add oil , then put in 3 kernels to test the oil temp ."<br />I had the pan lid up ,and the main door open , and 1 kernel popped and flew out the opening , and my Bull Terrier was on it so fast  it didn't even know what ate it :-) .<br />Then I added the rest of the Kernels and it got to popping and she went nuts barking at the Popper , after shutting the lid and door .<br />Boy did it make the house smell good , nothing like the smell of fresh popped theater popcorn .<br />Then after I ate my fill , my dog sat guarding the machine for 30 minutes , then pitifully came and laid her head on my lap and begged for another taste , which I got up and gave her a couple for being such a good guard dog , making sure no more popcorn flew out the door ! ;-)<br />Sure ought to make watching movies in the Theater room much more enjoyable . <br />I am going to buy the popcorn boxes just like the movies too , and the wife is going to buy me the cart to set the popper on , as we didnt have nothing to really set it up on .<br /></span>]]></content:encoded></item><item><title>Project 37 Ford</title><dc:creator>spraywizzard@mac.com</dc:creator><dc:subject>SprayBlog</dc:subject><dc:date>2005-11-26T10:19:06-06:00</dc:date><link>http://homepage.mac.com/dwilliams53/My%20Website/files/74b40681f3621dfd9b58c186edca702d-3.html#unique-entry-id-3</link><guid isPermaLink="true">http://homepage.mac.com/dwilliams53/My%20Website/files/74b40681f3621dfd9b58c186edca702d-3.html#unique-entry-id-3</guid><content:encoded><![CDATA[<span style="font-size:14px; font-weight:bold; ">After spending a few weekends for 2 months helping my buddy get his Chevelle body  all nice and stright , and him letting me spray the color on it , I have a little hankering to maybe work on my 37 Ford Humpback Project .<br />It has been laying in my garage for 6 years now , I walked out of the garage July 6th of 2004 suffering burn out , from working on cars all day long , I felt I needed a break , plus it was liking money way to much .<br /></span><strong><img class="imageStyle" alt="37Ford" src="http://homepage.mac.com/dwilliams53/My Website/files//page0_blog_entry3_1.jpg"width="384" height="288"/></strong><br /><br /><span style="font-size:14px; font-weight:bold; ">This is the way it sits right now . Finished it at 6:00 PM <br /><br /><br />The reason I sprayed so much clear on it was because we are going to sand the clear with 1200 grit then 2000 grit sand paper then buff to a glass finish , and doing this cuts off 1 to 2 layers of clear , and you need to have a minium of 2 coats of clear over the base for UV protection .<br /><br />He got  the car home today , and all his friends came over to get a look at his car , and they were amazed at the out  come.
