Did the setup on the 27th at the Four Seasons (all day setup) - we basically did the Sound, Video, and Lighting for the awards presentation and the lighting for the entertainment. The show was on the 28th - I ran lights - show ended at 24:00.
We struck the Four Seasons first thing in the morning (done by 14:00), and then I went to the MACC that night (21:00) for the strike over there. It was the same group, having dinner on the stage in the Castle Theater, and on a smaller stage (upstage of the people) was a nice Jazz Band. I was thrown off at first cause the gang from the Four Seasons catered this thing - strange seeing them somewhere else, you know? Anyway, we struck that and were out of there by 01:00 on the 1st... |
