| You never know who you're talking to... | | Date Created: Jan 31, 2006, 09:02 AM |
Two days ago, I was doing a setup at the Four Seasons in Wailea. The boss went to get his guy from the airport (coming in from Texas). Anyway, by the time the boss got back myself and the other guy were done setting up. I drove the 17' box truck to the hotel and left my truck in town, so the boss and his guy gave me a ride back to Kahului to get my truck...
Turns out this guy is their SysAdmin. Pretty funny actually. He never waited to hear of who I was, his boss tried to say something but he cut him off touting how good his systems were. In the 20 minute ride to get my truck, this !d!0t (for lack of a better word) not only told me everything I needed to know to crack his system, but he showed his ignorance of his job. Not only do I know the weak spots in his systems, I know the weak spots in his brain - I could break in and he would never know it, cause I know where he would look. The best part, he still has no idea who he was talking to...
Know who you're talking to before opening mouth and inserting foot. If I was a bad guy, I would own his systems already (and all the data on it)... |
