My first iTunes movie...

OK, I couldn't resist. I saw Battlestar Galactica and couldn't help it...

I found out some cool stuff...

I like to keep my movies on my external HD to keep my Mac HD free (I try to keep my Mac HD with at least 50GB free for A/V emergencies) - I was able to do this. I simply moved the whole "Battlestar Galactica" folder from "iTunes" to the movie folder on my External HD. To play the movies, I right click and play with Quicktime...

Piece of cake...

I don't have an iPod, so I just play them on my computer. I know, you wanna know why I don't have an iPod, right? Well, I had a Treo 90 for a few years and it died about a year ago - I loved the thumb keyboard. I haven't replaced it cause I am waiting for Apple to come out with something similiar. I think it's great that the iPod can play music and movies and you can see your address book and calendar, but I need something that I can edit the address book and calendar with, and I need mobility - which is why I carry my powerbook around with me. I carry everything I need for business in my bag - and I can play all my music and watch all my movies...

This is why I am trying to build my own Mac Tablet out of a powerbook - everything I need would be right there...
