DVDBackup and MacTheRipper...

Kinda bummed, Tiger broke DVDBackup and MacTheRipper. I just tried to put a few of my Stargate DVD's on my hard drive (so I wouldn't have to ruin their cases in my bag, or ruin the DVD's by putting them in CD cases in the heat). All I wanna do is play something that I already own off of my hard drive - there are so many good things to being able to do that, ya know? And now I can't...

I don't get it. I have a CD of music that I want to hear, I put it in my drive and download it into my iTunes and no one has a problem with it at all. Why can't I do the same thing with my movies? All I wanna do is play the thing while backstage during one of my shows. It's mine, I own it, I'm not distributing it - I just want to take my computer full of my music (iTunes), magazines (Zinio), mail (mail), and a few movies with me on site so I have something to do backstage. With all the tools I gotta carry in my bag, there's no way I'm gonna put the DVD in there - it'll get trashed...

Anyway, I hope that one of these guys updates their software to work on Tiger real soon...
