I met my brother's kids for the first time today. Their grandmother brings them to Maui a few times a year (for the past few years). My parents had met with them the last few times - and, well, my kids met their cousins today...
They're 10, 8, and 6 - so it's kinda sad that I have never met them. Then again, I haven't seen their Dad (my brother, Pat) for 20 years...
They're as smart as I would have expected them to be - we have a smart family. I was able to give them my write up on the Hakes Family in America. Hope they find it interesting... |
