Well, I've certainly neglected this site. When that happens, you can be sure it's because life is busy. And busy it has been. Since I last wrote, Issues has moved through pre-production and production. Now I just need to edit the whole thing. I've been accepted into The New School for my MA in Media Studies, which I'll be pursuing on a part-time basis starting in January. I've also begun training users in Final Cut Pro at the store. So all in all, a busy couple months. However, with photography on Issues wrapped, I can now set my own schedule to a certain point.
While there were times where I wondered what I had gotten myself into, being on the set of Issues every week was truly an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of working with a truly professional group of actors who all immediately gelled and formed a chemistry that Scott and I could only hope for at the outset of this project. And for all our professionalism, we managed to have quite a bit of fun.
So at this stage, I'm releasing promos and editing a trailer and episodes. We're aiming for a release of the first episode sometime in January. The sooner the better, in my humble opinion. I would like to get the roll-out underway before my classes start on the 26th of January. So there you have it. Life has bee busy. And that's exactly how I like it. I'll just try to do a better job of fitting this site into that busy life.
