Dub's Working Replica of an A.B. Smoker.
This was my first attempt at smokin' a meat product. It was a very "Ron Popeil" experience. "Set it and Forget it.!' Thanks Alton Brown.
   

Take 1 16.5 inch Terra cotta flower pot. Add a hot plate.
Then place a heavy duty pie pan with wood chunks in it on the burner.
Use a 14 inch round replacement grill for the meat to sit on.
Top with a 15 or 16 inch bowl and a replacement thermometer for a gas grill.
"The Big Red Egg". Notice the bricks underneath to add circulation.
The wonderful finished product resting before being devoured.
