"In the Life" TV will air in Pittsburgh on Fri, Sept. 1, at 10 PM


In the Life, the gay and lesbian TV news magazine, is scheduled to air this Friday at 10 PM on WQED TV (channel 13). This month's show is titled "My Life's Work" and will be hosted by actor Alan Cumming.

This episode of In the Life includes "Cowpokes", about gay people rebuilding in New Orleans; "Action Architect", about dancer and choreographer Elizabeth Streb; "My Gay Family", about how a family reacted to their son's coming out; and "Saint of 9/11", excerpts from the documentary about Mychal Judge.
