"In the Life" TV will air in Pittsburgh on Fri, May 19, at 10 PM


"In the Life", the gay and lesbian news magazine, is scheduled to air on Friday, May 19, at 10 PM on WQED TV (channel 13). The show is titled "Family Ties" and will be hosted by Rosie O'Donnell.

This episode of "In the Life" includes a segment ("Passing it on") on Toshi Reagon and her passion for music and for her extended family, a segment ("A civil war") on two mothers and two states battling over the future of a little girl, and excerpts from the documentary "Paternal Instinct" about a gay couple and a surrogate mother seeking to have a child.
