Cool Mac OS X App: GPGMail 1.1

A Tiger compatible update to GPGMail 1.1 is available from VersionTracker.

GPGMail adds support for PGP encryption and authentication to Apple's Mail program. The new version available from VersionTracker is Tiger compatible.

I wish more people would use program like this so that mail would be more trustworthy. Apple puts PGP signatures on all their Security Update emails. Assuming they keep their private key private, it would be very difficult for anyone to send a fake Apple Security Update email and I am very suspicious whenever I get such email from Apple itself without the PGP signature on it.
