Cool Mac OS X Software: iCal Weather Forecasts


You can subscribe to weather forecasts from Weather Underground in iCal.

Find the city forecast you want to subscribe to at Weather Underground. For example, the Pittsburgh forecast is located here: Pittsburgh, Pa. To the right of the boldfaced city name is a green ICAL button. Copy its link (control-click the icon to bring up a menu). Open the iCal application and select Subscribe from the Calendar menu. Paste the link into the text field and click Subscribe.
