Google Calendar


Google Calendar is not yet ready for serious use, but I imagine that many people will find it useful.

Try to schedule a repeating event on the third Thursday of every month. Google Calendar can't do that. Try to use Google Calendar within Safari. It doesn't display the calendar correctly. Good luck trying to open a calendar published from Apple's iCal program. It can be done, but there can be a huge delay between subscribing to a calendar and its actually showing up in your Google Calendar. You might think it failed.

This is not to say that Google Calendar is useless. Far from it, and this is only the first version. It will certainly improve. Check it out: http://www.google.com/calendar. If you are trying it from a Mac, use Firefox.
