Wired.com has a page featuring "10 Gory Surgical Triumphs on YouTube."

It is what it says: 10 video clips of surgical operations that are not for the faint of heart. Well, wait; strictly speaking, I don't think an autopsy counts as a surgical operation. I could be wrong.

I have yet not watched them all. I'm pacing myself.
