In a most interesting turn of events, the Stonekeepers have decided to get us off of the internet for a while, and into a real
life scavenger hunt. They are giving us clues to the 'Journey' and leaving it up to us to find the answer. One of the Journies
has already been completed, and what was found is a part of a broken tablet, with symbols similar to those on our stones...
This page is here to chronicle the Journey a bit, and to allow those who are not lucky enough to be close to them the
opportunity to share in the discovery. |

| Journey 1 Complete, Congrats to BTarver! | |||
After a bit of excellent researching (and perhaps a bit of luck) BTarver has completed the first leg of the Journey for us. He
traced the clues to Sharon Woods Park in Sharonville, Ohio. He says that "The theme of the whole place is prehistoric
stuff -- there have been artifacts and fossils dating from something like 14,000 B.C. found in the area. Directions to the park
included 'Turn right at the giant mastadon.'"
Here are a few pictures of the clue that BTarver found buried at the site. In the first photo you can see the white plastic bag that is sticking out of the ground. The second photo is the clue with the leather that was wrapped around it, and the hole that it was buried in. The third is a closeup of the clue itself. Click on each image for a larger version.

I've finally found my match. Someone who finally went a little too far when it comes to The Stone (Just kidding BT, you know we love ya). Here's the skinny of it. BT flew to Colorado. BT had a tour guide. BT didn't find the clue. BT went home. Tour guide went back to check, and found the Clue. Tour guide sends the Clue to BT. BT sends the tour guide a generator or something... |

| More on the saga as soon as I get it! | |||
| Journey 4 Complete, Congrats to Lindyhopper! | |||
Journey 4 was completed by Lindyhopper, and his lovely fiancee Sara. They found this particular Clue in record time. To
be quite honest, they had this clue in their hands before I even knew that Journey 4 was up! To say the least, it was an
exciting weekend on The Stone.
Lindyhopper says his name comes from The Lindy Hop, which is, "the predecessor to Swing and Jive... [it] came from when Charles Lindbergh flew non stop from NY to Paris for the first time." Now you understand those nifty Docs in the first picture... An interesting aspect of this particular Clue is the image that is found on the main page of the www.thestone.com page.
