This decisions has to be viewed as a huge political victory for the Governor. If for only that it provides him with more of what he needs...TIME. Although I guess it's never really good news that you are the "subject" of a federal investigation, this turn of events may bolster the guv's argument that no decisions about his political future should be made until the feds complete its investigation.
