Wow, I am so surprised!

The killer quote, in my mind, is this:

Once, even the most conservative and patronizing churches proclaimed they could love the sinner and hate the sin. The new pope's Vatican has labeled homosexuals themselves as the sin. The case is closed and so are the doors to the seminary.
Yes, that's right, folks. It's the new improved Catholic Church: Where once God loved all, now we determine who is allowed to be loved by God, and we determine that all others should be shunned. How did it get like this? Is it all cause of Karl Rove and Dubya?
