The Plan

No, not the funky new-age therapy group that Ruth goes to on Six Feet Under ,

I have a plan to stop whining and get rid of at least some of this irritating fat so that I can fit my old beloved suits:

Since crazy Ballston opens at 4 a.m. I think I am going to go in and do one hour of cardio at that time.

That is good because:

1. Now that I am treating my sleep apnea, I feel able to wake up that early, cause I actually get quality sleep.
2. It's not crowded at that hour, and I can zoom in, do my thing, and go.
3. I won't feel as stressed about working out in the afternoon, cause the worst thing ever is waiting for cardio equipment at 5:30 p.m. during Gay Gym Rush Hour™.

It's time. I am sick and tired of complaining about my weight, buying new pants for work, and not being able to fit my two favorite suits.

To add to this, I should also go get my bike tuned up. It would be fun to do some weekend rides to Leesburg on the bike trails with Dave.
